Abacus Fundraising Calendars, Cards & Diaries

feature an individual photo or artwork created by the students of your school or centre. Each student's artwork or photo is transformed into professionally printed calendars, cards or diaries. Our calendars, cards or diaries make popular and affordable gifts for family and friends. They also offer parents and families the opportunity of a lasting and cherished record of their child's age and achievement.

Here's how it works

• Simple to organise.
• No upfront expense – no pre-selling required – 30 days to pay.
• The same artwork or photos can be used for calendars, cards and diaries.
• Order the art paper now for every child on your roll and we will send it to you Free of Charge along with parent order forms and fundraising information.
• Art paper can be ordered at any stage during the year so that calendar/card art can be completed at a time that suits your school or centre. Every child on your roll can participate in completing a picture as you are only charged for the calendars/cards you order.
• Digital photo orders can now be sent through our website www.submitphoto.co.nz which offers clear and simple instructions on how to send orders.
• Price includes pick-up, delivery and GST. * (see costs and pricing).
• We promptly return the artwork or photos laminated and bound with wire into 12-month tear-off calendars, or as a shrink wrapped pack of 8 high quality cards complete with red envelopes.
• Curriculum based teaching resources are available free with every order.
• Product made from sustainably sourced paper.

Last year’s winners

Freeville School, North Brighton, Christchurch.
Freeville School has a roll of 325 pupils and they were delighted to hear that they had won $2,500. Their intention is to purchase additional books for their school library. This is a way of ensuring that the funds they have won will benefit children right across their school for many years to come. Freeville School has a long association with Abacus Calendars and give their sincere thanks for this much needed addition to school funds and to the school library.

Maunu School, Whangarei
Maunu School has a role of 300 students. The entire school is very excited and grateful to have won this $2500.00. These valuable funds will go to the purchasing of new books for their library. From everyone at Maunu School, “Thank you very much Abacus”.
