Each child from your school or ECE centre can have their own photo or artwork transformed into professionally printed calendars, cards or diaries. Our calendars, cards and diaries make popular and affordable gifts for family and friends. They also offer parents and families the opportunity of a lasting and cherished record of their child's age and achievement.

Here's how it works

Simple to organise.
No upfront expense – no pre-selling required – 30 days to pay.
The same artwork or photos can be used for calendars, cards and diaries.
Order the art paper now for every child on your roll and we will send it to you Free of Charge along with parent order forms and fundraising information.
Art paper can be ordered at any stage during the year so that calendar/card/diary art can be completed at a time that suits your school or centre. Every child on your roll can participate in completing a picture as you are only charged for the calendars/cards/diaries you order.
Digital photo orders can now be sent through our website www.submitphoto.co.nz which offers clear and simple instructions on how to send orders.
Price includes pick-up, delivery and GST. * (see costs and pricing).
We promptly return the artwork or photos laminated and bound with wire into 12-month tear-off calendars, as hard cover diaries, or as a shrink wrapped pack of 8 high quality cards complete with red envelopes.
Curriculum based teaching resources are available free with every order.

Last year’s winners

Kaikorai Primary School, Dunedin.
Kaikorai Primary has a roll of 300 students and express their thanks for the generous prize of $2,500. This is a considerable amount of money to them and they intend to put it to very good use, supporting their children in reading and physical education. Some of the prize money will be used to strengthen their Parent Reading Programme. The children love being part of this 1:1 reading experience, which boosts their oral language as well as their reading skills. The remainder will be used for Physical Education for the Junior classes developing
responsible risk taking and body awareness through a variety of physical activities. This will involve an extra programme in Gymnastics, where the children will attend sessions at a city gymnastics club. This opportunity has considerable costs associated with it in bus travel, use of the gym and tuition costs. “Thank you very much it means a lot to us!”

Lyall Bay School, Wellington.
Lyall Bay School has a roll of 390 students and were thrilled to hear they had won $2,500. The funds will be used towards new ICT technology/interactive whiteboards in their two new classrooms once they have been built. “Thank you so much – we are very grateful for this wonderful windfall”.
